Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

All programs/coaching require payment in advance of service via etransfer or XXX.


Etransfer payments are sent to dawna@youinc.company. Please note the program you are paying for in the comments section of your etransfer.


Online-Blended Learning Training

Registration can be canceled without penalty more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the posted course open date. The course opens when online access is granted (on the course open date). Program may be rescheduled within a one-year period of program start date. Cancellation fee of $100 for programs cancelled within 7 days of start date.


Substituting with a different participant will be allowed if the course has not yet opened, subject to approval of YouInc Company. No substitutions will be accepted after the course begins.


In-Person Training

Registration can be canceled without penalty more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to training date.


Program may be rescheduled within a one-year period of program start date. Cancellation fee of $100 for programs cancelled within 7 days of start date.


Private Coaching Session Packages

Participants who purchase one-on-one coaching session packages will receive a full refund if cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase and prior to the first coaching session.
