Using the DISC model of human behaviour, I can help you discover and share elements of your personality and approach to leadership, effectively helping you build a better appreciation for and understanding between members of your team. 


Let me help you understand how communication patterns of different personality styles can impact messages being sent and how this can assist us with your response. Through the Lead in Style! workshop, I can teach you how to promote open, honest communication by understanding and appreciating different communication contributions and approaches of others.

 

  • Self-discovery through personality temperaments based on DISC methodology and human behaviour model
  • Participants complete a Personality Assessment to discover their own personality type strengths and weaknesses to the personality traits of others and how we can all work synergistically to accomplish our business goals

Participants complete and individual Personality Assessment learning more about their leadership and communication “style” and that of others. Through interactive exercises and games participants learn to communicate with another based on “their style” and needs.


As leaders learn these concepts of human behaviour, employees feel heard, understood and valued culture rises and leaders report an incredible shift in engagement and production.
